We have set up a very easy format to keep all the details for your ceremony and reception in one place. While our program works very well, it doesn't help you organize EVERY aspect of your wedding. If you are working with a wedding planner, this will only enhance their valuable work.
This is how our program works:
We design and email you a template of your schedule based on the hours and ensembles you've chosen for your Chicago wedding.

Once you've received the template, simply fill in the spaces as they apply to your particular preferences. You are welcome to delete and add as many details as you need. Here are 3 examples of how to edit your template.
After each update, simply save the document.
Once you have completed the form, email it back to us at least a month before your wedding. I will contact you and set up a meeting to confirm the details.

Once we have reviewed and agree to the details, several copies of the completed schedule will be brought to the wedding and distributed to all your Chicago wedding vendors. As a result, your photographer, videographer, caterer and venue contact will be in the right place at the right time. This coordination will give you the best results from all your vendors as well as allow you to relax and enjoy each other, your family and friends.
